Hey, guys, it’s Rebeca with BrandTrue. And today, I want to talk about a recent brand name change that I thought was really interesting, a company called goTRG, which, they’ve changed their name. What they do is that they help big retailers process returns. Which you’ve probably seen just how much money this costs, and it’s very time-consuming.
And so to outsource to a firm that knows how to practice that is great. But goTRG is a name that doesn’t help with that in the least. So, their new name *chef’s kiss* is ReturnPro. They are professionals that will help you manage your returns. It’s not sexy, it’s not particularly poetic, but it’s getting the job done. It’s a great name change, and I think it was a really, really smart move. Let me know what you think. Thanks. Bye!
