Hey guys, it’s Rebeca with BrandTrue, and I want to tell you a naming story about a brand that was forced to change their name, but they came up with something even better. So, there’s a clothing brand, you might have seen it in your local mall, if you ever go back to the mall, called Hot Mama. It WAS called Hot Mama, and it was really about a woman of a certain age, like maybe 35 on up, who has kids, who still wants to look cute. Hot Mama, right? The problem is, people thought it was a maternity brand. So, they had to redo. And the name they came up with instead is EVEREVE. So, I really like how EVEREVE sticks with this idea of, “still young, don’t worry, you still got it, you’re hot!” Still very much in that positioning, but not so much confusion with maternity, and it’s got that wonderful repetition, the E, V, E, V. It’s fun to say. It’s memorable. They did a really good job!
