The Express Carriers Association wanted to rebrand so they could communicate that their scope has expanded to serve the entire delivery industry, not just express carriers.
We Answered
Sometimes the best decision is to stick to what you've got! The evolved name: ECA, A Delivery Industry Alliance, holds onto existing brand equity while the new descriptor better describes whom they serve. Then a new logo and visual brand language for all touchpoints completed the refresh of the organization's branding.
